Week 8 DVD Trailer

After all my video clips inserted in to the sequence in order, I decided to use a straight forward transition between each video clip and image in the sequence. I decided to use this to create a smooth flowing video as opposed to jumping between images and video clips which doesn't look professional and looks more like a slideshow than a video. 24/03/2015

As I am not speaking over the video, I will need to add some titles in to say certain things that just video can't. Firstly, I need to create a title of the name of the dish "Cuban Arroz Con Pollo" to the start of the video. I used the title tool to do this, I moved the timeline marker to the end of the sequence first as I wanted the title on a black background and not over an existing clip/image. I used the "AR BERKLEY" font and typed out the name of the dish. I used this font because it is a pretty title font to grab attention of the viewer. I moved this title to the top left corner of the screen for ease of viewing reasons. Now i had a title, I created a BIN folder for titles and moved it inside. I then dragged the title on to the timeline. At first it added itself on to V2, a second layer of the video. I wanted it on the same layer so i had to select all of the sequence using the track forward selection tool and moved everything along, then moved the title down to the start of the first layer. I then used the ripple delete tool to move everything along to the start of the timeline. I then added another transition to fade this title in to the first image. 27/03/2015
